Traust is now promoting newly developed system that stack splitt fish or fillets in layers in tubs for pickling. The method is automated and does not require any labour work. Compact system only 180 cm long.

The new models of TR-850 Injectors can be fitted with scale which make it very easy to monitor the increase in the weight. All data is achieved and easy to import to production system and collect information for organizing and control of the process continuously. Also the pressure is measured directly in the top of the needle bridge to ensure best possible adjustments of the needle pressure.
968 needles - New needle bridge - Higer yield
968 needles gives much higher pickup. The new bridge is now showing very good results from first day, the yield increased. The smallest needle is 1,65 mm in diameter, 2 mm is available and 2,7 mm as well. Now more yield at lower pressure - better quality Just recently we replaced 589 needle bridge with the new 968 needles on old TR 850 Injector at a filleting plant. The product was fresh codfillets size 400-1000 gr. Aprox. 18° brine was injected. The diameter of needless was 1,65 mm and nothing was changed in adjustment of the machine, pressure, time speed etc. The injecting raised from averaged 14% to 28%!
