New methods in fast defrosting of products and better yield

 

Traust Know How can offer various type of thawing method and systems for frozen foods in cooperation with SAIREM.   Microwave and radio frequency  allow deep frozen foods to be temperated or defrosted quickly such as meat, poultry, fish, fruit, butter, cheese etc.

 

Radio frequency is ideal for fish due to the homogeneity temperature in the product.  Fast thawing time and excellent  quality  of the end  product.  There are many other advantages and this method is suitable for different further processing.
