Extracting roes - hidden value in your product.
Roe extraction is a complex process and there are many
steps to go through. Our 30 years of experience and development
reflects in our patented machinery and methods. The roe sack is removed from the fish by filleting machine or the fish go into special cutting device. The roes go then in to cleaning process. Special tanks are used
and filters, washing and cyclones to separate and clean roes. Gentle
handling and cleaning process is important to produce high quality
product. Recycling of washing water recover the smallest roes and
secure highest possible yield.
We have a long experience in working with roe from pelagic fish and have supplied
equipment for extracting roe to all the processors of this product
in Iceland and to a large number in Norway as well. We have delivered over 50
systems in all. We offer also salting and packing lines for herring, sardines,
etc.
