Waste of fish and meat is to day part of food production as low value product but more or less the same material and the same quality as the main product. In the mince is hidden value and with the correct method it is possible to increase the total value.
We sell machinery and processing lines for mince. We supply our customers with standalone unit as well as complete mince line. Our mincers from Lima are specially build for hygenic process and high quality products by making the machine in all stainless steel as well as few moving parts. The mincers are supported with washing and cleaning, chilling and packing. It is very important that temperature is kept low at all times and the production is very fast to avoid bacteria growth, color changes and decreased quality.
