Injecting Lines
Traust Know How ltd has been pioneer introducing and developing new processing methods.
In resent years we have in close cooperation with our customers developed various methods to inject brine, marinates as well as additives into fish product resulting in much better yield and better product. The injecting line contain TR 850 Injection machine with high tech supervising monitoring system, self cleaning filter system, recirculation of injection liquid with pumps pressure and temperature gauges and online visibility of process.
Injecting lines make better products. Increase yield, save labour cost and cut the processing time.
We design the processing line for our customer and make them in our workshop. Our staffmembers of specialists secure interrupt free start up and running of machinery. We train and assist our customers employees during erection of new machinery and plants.
