has been extracted and cleaned. For human consumption as well as part
of other products. In the cosmetic industry there is growing demand
for roes.
Roe extraction is a complex process and there are many
steps to go through. Our 30 years of experience and development
reflects in our patented machinery and methods. The roe, milt and the belly strip is collected from the filleting machines and in special cleaning device where the roes are
separated. In the cleaning process special tanks are used
and filters, washing and cyclones to separate and clean roes. Gentle
handling and cleaning process is important to produce high quality
product. Recycling of washing water recover the smallest roes and
secure highest possible yield.
