Processing plant in containers - ideal low cost and seasonal plants
Part of our production and delivery has been plants in mobile containers. The advantage is that plant are very mobile and they are ready to run on teh same day as they arrive. This metho has been used when in seasonal catching arias and moved to new location where the catch is. Other purpose is to locate them on factory ships and be able to move the when the season is over. Some companies does not have the space and containers are rather cheap buildings and can be easily removed and stored after the season.
We recently delivered complete scallop plant that we manufactured and installed in containers and was ready to go when the container arrived at harvest location. Roe extraction system has been build inside containers that are located close to the harvesting area and removed when spawning season is over. Container plants are good solution when buildings are not available and the space is narrow. It is a lowcost investment and all the erection and installation is done at our workshop as well as test production. This will save lot of time and expensive erection work at sight. Most of our equipement and processing system can be put into containers.
