in close cooperation with Hjörtkær in Danmark we offer wide range of washing and handling systems for boxes/crates. Hjörtkær has sins 1958 manufacture crate washers and washing machines for tubs, pallets, barrels and as well as out door washing systems. The machines can be stand alone or part of a bigger system. We offer tailor-made systems for our customers. The system save space and has very low running cost due to recycling and advanced filter system. Powerful high pressure spray system clean the surface of the crates and are mre effective than brushing system that has intend to spread dirt and bacteria between the crates. Specially designed spray nossel make the spray very effective but very gentle to the surface of the crate.
All equipment is manufactured entirely from stainless steel and suitable plastic materials for durable operation in the food processing industry.
