Scallop Processing Equipment
Traust Know-how offer complete factories or standalone machines. We have installed over 22 complete plants on board fishing vessels as well on shore based plants.
Machinery for on shore plants:

- Separating the shellfish mussel and discharging the empty shells from the boat

Our firm has now sold over 22 complete turn-key scallop processing plants. A new eviscerator for cleaning the scallop has been developed. The new eviscerator offers a yield about 10-15% greater than the older flatbed type.
