Packing Machines for Dried Fish
Traust Know How have manufacture machine for handling and packing dried fish products for over 30 years.
Dried fish is very difficult to handle and in dried condition it take lot of volume. It is then necessary to squeeze the product into smaller bags for transportation. Our machine is specially designed to handle the product in fast and effective way.
Highly automated dried fish press.
Our hydraulic powered press contains of elevating hopper with crusher, infeeding unit, weighing unit, the press and baging unit. The product is tipped into the elevating hopper by speacial tipping device, then conveyed through the crusher and into the infeeding unit. The in feeding unit feds the weighing unit and stops when required target weight is reach. A conveyor in the bottom of the weighing unit transports the product intop the press. The press is closed and hydraulic powered piston press the product into one end of the press and then another piston press the product directly into bag.
The machine is controlled by PLS computer and is automated. One person run the machine.
