Traust Know How developed new online brine mixing unit. 
The system contain one central unit where all making and delivering of brine and curing mixture can be programmed. The system is a compact system that has high flexibility and add on features. The basic unit is feeding of salt into the system mixing tanks for brine, additives and other marinates. The system is controlled and supervised by a central control box and can deliver different recipes to different receiving stations. This system is excelent for pickle, marinating and curing.
