The new bridge is now showing very good results from first day, the yield increased. The smallest needle is 1,65 mm in diameter, 2 mm is available and 2,7 mm as well. Now more yield at lower pressure - better quality Just recently we replaced 589 needle bridge with the new 968 needles on old TR 850 Injector at a filleting plant. The product was fresh codfillets size 400-1000 gr. Aprox. 18° brine was injected. The diameter of needless was 1,65 mm and nothing was changed in adjustment of the machine, pressure, time speed etc. The injecting raised from averaged 14% to 28%!
