The first capelin roes was produced in Norway for the first time for many years. Traust Know-How herring roe system was started up for production capelin roe at one factory in Norway. The system worked very well for capelin as well as for Herring roes. This is the first system that is constructed for Herring roes and as well as capelin roes. With very good yield from the system was running perfectly. This system in Norway is the first system with new computer system to control and supervise the process. The result is higher capacity, better quality as well as very good yield.
The roe system can be of various capacity and as well we make systems that recover more than just roes of specific size. In this system is also a system that recover and clean smaller roes that is still very valuable and sold for industrial use in the cosmetic industry.
Traust Know-How started up another system in northern Norway. This system was old system that had not been used for several years and not in good condition. Never the less the system was restored partly and is up and going and expected to reach the goals according to plan.
