The Brussels show is over. Mr. Trausti Eiriksson (Traust Know-How Ltd.) was at the Cozzini booth during the exhibition and met many old customers and made new contacts. Cozzini is a cooperating partner and together we have established good business relations and developed and improved processing methods in the fishing industry. We are very pleased with the show where we could discuss with our customers all the new developments we have done on our machinery and systems.
Injector
The latest developments in our Injector show that the machine is the leader and still a very low cost machine but truly the machine with the most technical features and flexibility on the market.
Roe extraction
We introduced a completely new line in roe extraction where better yield is achieved and excellent quality preserved. The new line has now been running on herring roes for a few years and has been tested on capelin roe as well this year. The results were even better than we thought: excellent yield, almost all roes were recovered and the quality superb.
Fish in fish
The Suspentec system has proven to be the most profitable system in protein recovery. Due to a simple patented process the system works very well and our customers have improved the yield and produce good quality high end products. Now we have installed 13 systems in Norway, Iceland and Germany, all in full operation.
The exhibition was successful and we met a lot of interesting people. Many thanks to our visitors during the show.
