One of Norway leading salt fish producer has now recently installed Suspentec system no 13. The producer has already one previous system that has been operating for one year now. The results are very good and yield and value has increased. The new system is now running.

The Suspentec system inject natural fish proteins into the fish. The system is very easy to operate and now complicated chemical process is needed. The Fish in Fish method secure that trimming and the cut of of the fillets and as well as fish meat that are removed from bones are turned into high value product. Fish into Fish is not only for salted fish. This method is used for ordinary processing of frozen fish. The results are very similar to saltfish production. Yield is even better and the process still very simple and fast.
